OneBoarding AI processes a limited set of data required to activate, grant, and secure access to your space. This page explains how to delete local data on your device, how to deactivate your space, and how to request manual intervention in case of loss or theft of an authorized device.
1. Data processed on the service side (server)
In the normal course of operation, OneBoarding AI may retain, for a limited time and under a data-minimization approach:
- Technical access identifiers (for example: phone number in international format, device identifier, session ID).
- Status information related to subscription or access (selected plan, activation dates, space status).
- Limited technical logs (timestamps of events such as activation, consent, logins, security operations) to ensure service protection and evidential traceability in case of abuse.
- Payment references strictly necessary (transaction or subscription IDs), with no user card data stored.
2. User data deletion on the device
Some information (history, preferences, local consents) may be stored directly on your device (browser or app).
- You can delete this local data via your browser or device settings (clearing cache, site data, or local storage).
- The “Clear my history” button lets you clear your local context.
3. Voluntary space deactivation
You can deactivate your space at any time directly from within the application (Menu → My space → Deactivate my space). This operation ends your active space and, where applicable, terminates the active plan. Certain technical data may be retained in the database for security, billing, or evidential purposes.
4. Assistance & Security
If you can no longer access the deactivation menu (stolen, lost, or permanently unavailable device), you may request a manual intervention:
- Official contact: support@oneboardingai.com
- Scope: theft, loss, or unavailability of an authorized device.
- The procedure takes effect upon a written request sent by e-mail, together with a valid government ID (passport/ID card) of the space holder and an official proof that the login identifier belonged to the requester at the time of space activation. After review and verification, OneBoarding AI may request additional information before making a decision. When the request is deemed justified, the space will be deactivated and all authorized devices will be revoked.
